These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between AcceGen and the individual or entity who purchases our products or subscribes to our service (“Subscriber” or “you”).

By submitting your application and your use of the product or service, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out below.

AcceGen may revise, change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, and does not assume any responsibility to update it. All subscribers are bound by such changes or modifications

We also provide you with information about our website, with an archive of disclosures and a guide on our management principles.

Prices and Payment

Please contact AcceGen or your local distributor for a quotation. Prices may change without notice.

You must pay using a credit card (we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfer or check. We regret that you cannot pay for products using PayPal or any other payment method. Please note that: Credit card failures may prevent the current month’s shipment. We may retry at a different time that month if a charge cannot complete.

Unless otherwise noted, all our fees and charges are quoted and billed in US Dollars.

AcceGen may take any reasonable action to validate your payment, registration information, and collect all payments due.

Service fees (includes packing and shipping, some need special services like dry ice) are due at the time of order or on the day of renewal. All fees must be paid in full. Our sales team will reply with the Invoices for all products or services after the payment.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from AcceGen in North America. Under this term, transportation and cargo insurance will be arranged for and paid by AcceGen, and then invoice to the purchaser.

For international shipments, the Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the import of the product into the Purchaser’s country. including obtaining all required permits, licenses or certificates. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for the failure of any government authority to issue such permits, licenses or certificates

You may cancel the order by contacting us as soon as possible after the determination. The cancellation is not available after the shipment is arranged.

Return and Replacement

Th product return or replacement requests can only be accepted with written authorization. AcceGen reserves the right to test a sample of the product prior to authorizing the return of the remaining product. If the product complaint is a result of inappropriate usage or handling rather than a failure of the product to meet specifications as outlined on our datasheets, when used under normal conditions in your laboratory, the return of custom products will not be authorized. If AcceGen makes a shipping error, a replacement product will be shipped at no charge or the Purchaser’s account will be credited.

Limited Use

AcceGen products or services are allowed to be used for laboratory internal research purposes only, not for Diagnostic or Therapeutic use, and shall not be administered to humans. Products shall not be used for reverse-engineer or otherwise derive, manufacture any products. Distributing our reselling without the express written permission is strictly prohibited.

All recommendations for handling, storage or use of products, whether given orally or in a written data sheet, were all implied from the results of tests in labs of AcceGen. Though provided with such recommendations, the user of our products shall make your own determination and satisfy yourself. The information and recommendations given are based on the intended process or purpose, in compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) used or mentioned on this site are registered or unregistered trademarks of AcceGen, and legally protected. Nothing on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right in or to the Trademarks without the express prior written permission of AcceGen. Any misuse of the trademarks on this site is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with Laws

Purchaser shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to those pertaining to the following: export control, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food preparations, electrical or electronic waste, introduction or production and use of chemical substances. Purchaser shall maintain in effect all required licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, and permits. Purchaser shall comply with all applicable export and import laws in its purchase of products hereunder and assumes all responsibility for all shipments governed by such laws. AcceGen may terminate the deal or suspend delivery of any governmental authority imposes anti-dumping or countervailing duties or any other penalties on products.
