Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a class of important protein molecules involved in innate immunity, serving as a bridge between innate and adaptive immunity. Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), as the receptor for lipopolysaccharides (LPS), plays a crucial role in regulating the immune response to infections. Activation of TLRs can induce signaling pathways dependent on MyD88 or TRIF, leading to secretion of cytokines and chemokines, activating innate immune responses and mediating adaptive immune responses. Therefore, the application of TLR agonists in tumor immunotherapy holds promise in converting cold tumors to hot ones, addressing the low response rates to single immune checkpoint inhibitors, and enhancing the effectiveness of immunotherapy. The TLR4 Reporter 293 Cell Line is a reporter gene cell line constructed based on the TLR4 signaling pathway. This cell line stably expresses the TLR4 gene and Luciferase reporter gene, allowing for the evaluation of the in vitro activation effects of TLR4 drugs.
