Description

Human Glioblastoma Cell (U87 MG) were isolated from the brain glioblastoma tissue by centrifugal force following enzymatic digestion. RFP-expressing Human Glioblastoma Cells (RFP-U87MG) are selected from U87MG cells after infected with lentiviruses expressing RFP with Zeocin. Each vial contains at least 5 x 10^5 cell/vial. These cells have an average minimum population doubling levels >20 when cultured following the detailed protocol of AcceGen.
