Fibroblasts are the main cellular components of loose connective tissue, differentiated from mesenchymal cells in the embryonic stage. The main functions of spinal cord fibroblasts are: construct and maintain normal tissue morphology, synthesize and release extracellular matrix, etc. AcceGen develop a simple, new, and reproducible method to isolate spinal cord fibroblasts.
