Description

The spinal cord is a part of the central nervous system, located in the spinal canal composed of the vertebrae, and has a long cylindrical shape. Fibroblasts are the main cellular components of loose connective tissue, differentiated from mesenchymal cells in the embryonic stage. The main functions of spinal cord fibroblasts are: construct and maintain normal tissue morphology, synthesize and release extracellular matrix, etc. AcceGen develop a simple, new, and reproducible method to isolate spinal cord fibroblasts. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml.
