Immortalized Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells are derived from primary coronary artery endothelial cells and immortalized using either SV40 large T antigen or hTERT. These methods enable extended proliferation while retaining the functional and phenotypic characteristics of primary endothelial cells. Immortalized Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells express key endothelial markers, such as CD31, VE-cadherin and maintain functional traits like angiogenesis, endothelial barrier integrity, and response to pro-inflammatory signals. These cells are widely used in cardiovascular research, including studies on coronary artery disease, atherosclerosis, endothelial dysfunction, and vascular remodeling. The immortalization approach provides a reliable, long-lasting model for drug screening, molecular pathway analysis, and mechanistic studies under physiological and pathological conditions. Each vial contain 0.5 million cells.
