The elongated epithelial tubule connect the renal tubule and the parietal sac wall has the function of reabsorption and excretion. The average length of renal tubules is about 30-50 mm, and they are all composed of single-layer epithelium. Ischemia, infection and poison can cause degeneration and necrosis of renal tubular epithelial cells, resulting in renal dysfunction. The renal tubule is divided into three parts according to different morphological structure, distribution location and function; proximal tubule, medulla and distal end small tube. Each vial contains at least 5 x 10^5 cell/vial.
