The pancreas is divided into two parts: the exocrine gland and the endocrine gland. The exocrine gland is composed of the alveoli, which secrete pancreatic juice, and the ducts, which are the channels for the discharge of pancreatic juice. The endocrine gland consists of islets, which are composed of four main types of cells: islets secrete hormones such as insulin and glucagon. Human islet cells are mainly divided into α-cells, β-cells, γ-cells and PP-cells according to their staining and morphological characteristics. Each vial contains at least 5 x 10^5 cell/vial.
