AcceGen’s Human Middle Ear Fibroblasts isolated from human middle ear. Human Middle Ear Fibroblasts are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Middle Ear Fibroblasts, which are located in the middle ear, are mesenchymal cells derived from the embryonic mesoderm. In general, fibroblasts are responsible for extracellular matrix synthesis in connective tissue and play major roles in wound healing. Human Middle Ear Fibroblasts are a useful model to elucidate the role of fibroblasts in the development of middle ear cholesteatoma. Each vial contains >5 x 105 cells in 1 ml volume.
Why choose Human Middle Ear Fibroblasts from AcceGen?
AcceGen’s Human Middle Ear Fibroblasts are recommended for outstanding viability and quality. Verified sterility, such as confirmed mycoplasma negativity through PCR-analysis, and rigorous daily visual checks for the absence of bacteria and fungi, ensure a reliable research foundation.
