Human Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated from the peripheral blood of individuals diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenia, a condition characterized by a low platelet count caused by an autoimmune response.
