Human IgA Nephropathy Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated from the blood of individuals diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy (IgAN), a common cause of chronic kidney disease characterized by the deposition of IgA antibodies in the glomeruli. These PBMCs include various immune cell subsets, such as T cells, B cells, monocytes, and natural killer (NK) cells, which are crucial for studying immune responses and inflammation. The PBMCs from IgAN patients are valuable for research on the underlying mechanisms of the disease, including immune dysregulation, abnormal IgA production, and the role of complement activation in kidney injury. These cells can be used for a wide range of in vitro assays, including cytokine release studies, cell signaling pathways, and immune response profiling, to better understand the pathophysiology of IgA Nephropathy and to test potential therapeutic interventions.
