Canine splenocytes are primary immune cells isolated from the spleen of healthy beagle dogs. They consist of a heterogeneous population of lymphocytes, macrophages, and other immune-related cells, playing a crucial role in adaptive and innate immunity. These cells are widely used in veterinary immunology research for studying immune responses, cellular cytotoxicity, and disease mechanisms in canine models. They are also valuable for drug screening and vaccine development. Each vial contains 10 x 106 cells.
