AceSeq™ NGS Fast DNA Library Prep Set (Ion Torrent) provides the enzyme premix system and reaction buffer required for the construction of DNA library, including all components except the adapter. Compared with the conventional library construction method, the kit combines multiple steps and omits multiple purification steps, thus significantly reducing the minimum required amount of starting template DNA and shortening the library construction time.
