AceSeq™ FFPE DNA Kit

AceSeq™ FFPE DNA Kit is developed for extracting DNA from FFPE. This kit uses a unique lysis buffer to lyse tissue cells in paraffin sections to release genomic DNA, and uses a unique paraffin remover to remove paraffin from the tissue. And then the lysate is centrifuged at high speed to transfer the aqueous phase of the middle layer to a new centrifuge tube, the adsorption column adsorbs the genomic DNA in the aqueous phase under the action of the binding solution. A small number of impurities adsorbed by the adsorption membrane are removed by cleaning with the washing solution, and the adsorbed genomic DNA is released by the adsorption membrane under the action of the eluent to obtain high-quality genomic DNA.
