AceSeq™ Bone Tissue RNA Kit is designed for rapidly extracting RNA from bone tissue cells. The bone tissue is hard and the density of bone cells is low. The peripheral matrix contains a large amount of mucin (proteoglycan) and RNA, which are difficult to separate and cannot be extracted with high quality by the traditional Trizol method. This kit uses a unique phenol/chloroform-free lysate with the addition of multiple ingredients to remove bone tissue proteoglycan. At the same time, the unique genomic DNA removal column technology can effectively remove DNA residues. And the obtained RNA generally does not require DNase digestion, which can be used for reverse transcription PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR and other experiments. AceSeq™ Bone Tissue RNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality RNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
