AceSeq™ Animal RNA Kit

AceSeq™ Animal RNA Kit provides a rapid and easy-to-use method for extracting RNA from animal tissue samples. The modified TRIzol methods can rapidly lyse cells, release RNA and inactivate RNase. RNA is selectively adsorbed on the silica matrix membrane in the spin column in the state of highly disordered salt, and then impurities such as proteins are further removed by a series of washing and centrifugation steps. Finally, RNA is eluted from the silicon matrix membrane with DEPC-treated ddH2O. The operation is simple and the process can be completed within 40 minutes. The obtained RNA can be directly used in RT-PCR, Northern Blot, dot hybridization and other experiments.
