AceMag™ Saliva DNA Kit

AceMag™ Saliva DNA Kit provides a rapid and easy-to-use method for extracting DNA from saliva samples preserved in protective solution. In the presence of high salt, DNA binds to the surface of silicon-coated Magnetic Beads. After rinsing, high-purity DNA is eluted in Buffer EB or deionized water. The yield of DNA is closely related to the number of cells in the sample, storage conditions and time. The purified DNA has good purity, high integrity, and can be used for downstream experiments such as next-generation sequencing, chip detection, and PCR detection.
