AceMag™ Oral Swab DNA Kit

AceMag™ Oral Swab DNA Kit is developed for extracting DNA from buccal mucosal cells. This kit uses Buffer to lyse buccal mucosa cells to release genomic DNA. Magnetic Bead selectively adsorbs the genomic DNA in the lysis solution under the action of the binding solution. A small number of impurities adsorbed by Magnetic Beads are removed by cleaning with the washing solution. Magnetic Beads release adsorptive genomic DNA under the action of the eluent to obtain high-quality genomic DNA. Using this kit to extract the genomic DNA of buccal mucosa cells does not require toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform. The OD260/OD280 ratio of the obtained DNA is generally 1.7~1.9, and the extracted DNA can be directly used in downstream experiments.
