MIRacle™ miRNA Agomir/Antagomir Transfection Protocol

Specific microRNA Agomir/Antagomir is introduced into the cells which express the corresponding microRNA, and then it simulates the effect of microRNA to simulate/inhibit the effect of microRNA. Or the specific microRNA Agomir/Antagomir can be used to combine with the double luciferase reporter system/suppress the expression of a reporter vector, to verify the regulatory relationship between the miRNA and the target gene.

Transfection efficiency is different for different cell lines or different transfection reagents. The optimal transfection conditions still need to be determined by experiments. We suggest that the concentration range of miRNA Agomir is 1-100 nM and miRNA Antagomir is 15-100nM.
