Human aortic cells are derived from whole aorta that has been dissociated into single cells and cultured. Human aortic cells are from a single donor. These cells enable researchers to produce various cell types found in the vessels of the cardiovascular system with standard published protocols. Human aortic cells may be used for various types of in vitro, in vivo and angiogenesisstudies. In addition, they may be used in cardiovascular developmental studies.
