EL4.NOB-1, derived from EL4.BU.OU6, is a specialized murine C57BL/6N ascites lymphoma lymphoblast cell line meticulously selected for its elevated expression of IL-1 receptors. This unique cellular model exhibits distinctive characteristics, notably displaying resistance to TGF-β-induced growth arrest while retaining sensitivity to autoinduction and the suppression of IL-1-induced IL-2 production.
